I'm Veronica, the founder of LTS and a medical esthetician turned educator and consultant with 21 years of experience in the medical skincare industry. 

I spent the first decade of my career working in plastic surgery clinics as a medical esthetician.

During that time, I worked side by side with my mom, a medical esthetician with over 47 years of experience

I’ve spent the past 12 years as an educator, training medical skincare professionals all over the world for some of the best known corrective skincare brands.

I’ve helped hundreds of skincare professionals across the United States, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia achieve better results for their customers by better understanding the science behind products and treatments.

I’ve seen a lot change in the skincare industry over the past 21 years.

There have been exciting advancements that make it more accessible than ever before for people to improve their skin in a safe and effective way.

But with those advancements have come confusion and misinformation about what works.

I’m a realist

I believe in coaching my clients on the realities of skincare based on science, not hype.

The reality is that great-looking skin is accessible to you, but it requires commitment and investment.

Look good, feel good, do good.

Investing in how we look is not selfish. When people feel confident in their appearance they feel confident in their actions and are able to be the best versions of themselves in every aspect of their lives.

I feel so privileged to do work that I love.
